Following terms and conditions apply to CloudNiche Consulting Services, its directors, owners, employees, consultants and direct service providers.

 

• Delivery Mode

Currently, all our courses are online except the Corporate Programs which are designed for onsite/hybrid delivery mode as per the preference and feasibility.

 

• Refunds 

No Refunds or Exchange is possible for any courses or services availed.

 

• Taxes 

The applicable GST is additional for all our service fees and it would be as per the GST invoice that will be shared for all payments done.

 

• Guarantee

While we offer assistance for suitable placement upon successful completion of our entry-level courses, placement is not guaranteed. Success depends on factors including individual aptitude, efforts, job market conditions, timing, location constraints, and industry challenges. ​

• Limitation of Liability

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in no event shall CloudNiche be liable to any student, customer or other third parties for any lost profits, or special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

  • Furthermore, in no event shall the liability to CloudNiche be under any circumstances exceeding the amount of fees or remuneration actually received by CloudNiche as of date. 

  • Further, CloudNiche will not be liable for delays or performance failures due to circumstances beyond control.
